We moved in next door to a very warm and welcoming neighbour. Jackie was always there to say hello,smiling, friendly. A truly kind and generous person without question. I remember when we had moved from Montreal to Millwoods in Edmonton. Carole and I and our children joined the United Church in 1975 and that's when we met Jackie and Ken. We had much in common; Ken and I worked at the same company, Jackie and I were in the choir and our children were about the same age and we had good times together.
We stayed in touch over the years and whenever our paths crossed we shared their company
Jackie was a wonderful person.
We will miss her.

My late wife Sandy and I met Jackie and Ken after we moved to Hampton and shared many times with her in Church, on the Belleisle and occasionally in Florida. So many memories of her warm and friendly manner. more recently she visited with Sandy together with her church friends while Sandy was ill.
