Obituary of Amanda Jean Mercer

It is with great sadness that the family of Amanda Jean Mercer announce her passing which occurred on Friday, January 12, 2024, at the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John, NB. Born in Moncton, NB on March 14, 1988, she was the daughter of Garnet & Wendy Tingley.

Amanda is survived by her loving husband Luke Mercer of Bloomfield, NB; her cherished sons Jacob and Jackson; parents Garnet and Wendy Tingley of Nauwigewauk, NB; sister Tanya DeAmbrose (Rick) of Nauwigewauk, NB; nieces and nephews: Dylan, Alexis, Skylar and Cash; parents-in-law Phillip and Linda Mercer of Bloomfield, NB; brothers-in-law: Jamie Mercer of Bloomfield, NB and Kris Mercer of Sussex, NB; sister-in-law Beth Cornmesser (Stephen) of Apohaqui, NB; as well as many friends and extended family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB where visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 from 4 to 7PM. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 11:00AM from Reid’s Funeral Home chapel. Interment will take place in the spring.
