I've known Arnie my entire life as a friend ,a neighbor and just an all around good guy.
He always had a smile on his face when you met him or anytime you had the pleasure of spending time with him --Always had a extraordinary sense of humor. His laugh would make you smile and make you feel good on any given day.
He will definitely be missed by everyone that had the good fortune of knowing him over the years.
Everyone will have good memories of any time spent with Arnie I'm sure.

I was saddened to read the passing of Arnie. He was a Barnesville resident all his life and will be very much missed. I remember Arnie as a fun loving and easy going guy who got along well with everyone. November 9th brings a lot of memories for me as that was the day in 2014 that my Dad (Earle Armstrong) passed away, so nine years later on the day, another live long resident of Barnesville has passed away. My deepest sympathy to you Barb and I well remember you helping in the church kitchen for the funeral reception of dad.. You will miss him so much. May God bless you and give you and your family strength to cope during this difficult time.

I'll always remember Arnie and his humor. I remember Barb & Arnie "decorating" Mom & Dad's bedroom for their anniversary while they were working evening shifts. I think they were quite impressed with the toilet paper streamers when they arrived home that night. Our childhood revolved around Barb & Arnie, Carol & Vance and Mom & Dad's get-togethers. Arnie will be missed.
