Jean was a big part of my life as the Social Sponsor of our Sorority chapter. She brought grace and sophistication to our meetings. She was a good mentor and someone we would all like to emulate. She shed her light throughout the world. I recently found out that she had passed and I would like to express my symoathy to her family nembers.

What a beautiful and generous spirit Jean had and she gifted it to all she met. My fondest memory of Jean was actually indirectly through her husband, Jim. One of the first persons I happened to meet when we moved to Hampton was Jim. He had such glowing comments and was so obviously proud of who she was I couldn't wait to meet her. She didn't disappoint, always so kind and generous to everyone. Hampton has lost a bright light. My (our) thoughts and prayers are with you all. Thelma and Danny Messer

Dear Heather, Family snd Friends , Please accept my love , prayers and condolences on the passing away of dear Jean! What a lady she was ! Jean was certainly "Service Above Self" always thinking about how she could help and do for others , especially those less fortunate. I will never forget her kindness in her volunteerism at the Dr .Snow Centre in her pastoral care ministry and being the Queen -welcoming everyone to special events at the front door, and her one -on- one contact with the residents and Staff. She loved her family dearly and was so proud of them all . You have wonderful memories to cherish in your hearts forever, never forgotten. A long life well Lived! Rest In Peace Jean! Lorraine and I are sorry to hear of Jean,s passing.I have known her for 50 years. She was a wonderful person, full of life, a warm smile.She was very active as a volunteer for local causes for many years, always accepted a challenge.
