In High school and throught my journey at UCCB Charles and Julie were like my parents.
Marg accepted me with opened arms and she became my 2nd mother. Chuck was certainly my best friend. I was actually his date for highschool prom. Dress and all.
Cbarles travelling to Eygpt was my inspiration to see the world . Same backpack and all.
Years went by and we would touch base onc3 in awhile but nothing real.
Then 2 years ago I got back in contact with Chuck. It was soo good just to talk about the old times. And then he told me something was off.
Dear Charles , I never knew the pain you were going through. I could only guest but even that was not measurable.
You were and are a great influence in my life.
I love you. Always will my brother.

There really are no words to describe this loss to Charles's family and friends. Hard to think about how someone I went to school with, and graduated with, is now gone. He was loved by many. I met Charles some years ago when we both worked together. Both of us being from Newfoundland was all we needed to have a connection. He was always there to listen and give advice, more importantly he made you smile. He had a true genuine love for his family and friends. Rest in peace my friend. Charles miss ya buddy, it’s very rare to meet a fella such as Charles as he was always the one whom would always be willing to share a laugh and a good smile, always loved to be out in his shed or having a beer with ya.
