We were so saddened to hear of Betty‘s passing. I have so many fond memories of my Aunt Betty. I loved her baked beans and loved helping to shell the beans in the sunroom. My dad, Jim White, would tease her terribly. I remember asking one day why do you put up with it and she would just laugh and say oh that’s just Jim. She always had a smile and a story to tell and just liked having people around. I enjoyed our visits and especially when she came out to stay with us in BC. She will be greatly missed. It breaks my heart that I didn’t get another chance to see her as our trip was delayed do to Covid. Sending our deepest sympathies to the entire family. Love Karen and Rob

We are both so very sorry to hear of Betty's passing! Such a lovely lady and it was always a pleasure to chat with her about the "old times"....an historian for sure! Sad that covid hit in her last years cutting off connections to family, friends and neighbours! Condolences to all the family and may you find comfort in all the memories you shared. Our most sincere condolences to Eleanor, Glendon & Doug and the rest of the Prince family for the loss of beautiful Betty. I have many wonderful memories of Betty especially growing up when living in New Brunswick. From the Bangor Maine trips to Christmas Day meals and visiting to spend time with her cats. Our thoughts are with Betty's family during this difficult time. I never met Betty but My Mom, Vera Erb, was a good friend of hers for many years. They would talk on the phone at least 2 times a week, which was a high lite for both of them. Mom is in a nursing home and asks about Betty at least once a week. Thanks to Eleanor for updating me by text, so I could keep Mom up to date.. My deepest sympathy to all of you. Roberta Hayes
