So very sorry to hear of this. I used to visit Billy in Hampton. One day I called and found the number not in service,Did not know he was in Sussex. So sorry as I would have gone to see him. He loved music and even got his guitar one day for us and sang a song. RIP my friend. Randy Vail.

I didn't know Billy but I remember him singing occasionally at Lennie Tonge's open mic in Hampton. He did very well. Thank you for the memories there, Billy. Rest high on that mountain . . . . .

I remember me and Jeff always over there playing with Bill and Carol, Jenny and april visiting alot with Clarence and his wife. They legally adopted Clarence which was nice of aunt Marion and Wes.. I'll never forget those days...

In our day Billy was known affectionately as the Fonze, he loved everyone and we all loved him, he went from zero to all out blushing at the wink of an eye, when the "Ladies" said hello to Billy. He was one of a kind, I seen him a few times over the last couple of years and we had some laughs. He will be missed. RIP Fonze....
