Joan…I just heard about your mom and am so sorry. She was one of those special people who left a loving impression on anyone she met. She was a kind TA to my daughter and even made a special Easter basket for her one year. I always enjoyed seeing her at Pharmasave and hearing about you and your daughter.
May she Rest In Peace!

So sorry to hear of Sandra's passing. I've known her for many years and enjoyed having her work in my classroom one year. Her writing was exactly like the writing taught in the "McLean Writing Book" for students!
I was just speaking to Sandra at the Snow Centre a few days before she went to the hospital and I remarked to her how well she looked and how nice her hair looked. I think she just had it "done".
Sandra was a lovely person, always caring and thoughtful of others. Sandra will be missed by many. May she rest in peace.

To Joan. Your mother will be remembered fondly by the children in my class as the two years she was my teacher assistant. She was so kind and patient and she took a lot of time to help me out with the particular ones she had in her care. I'm very sorry for your loss.

To Joan and Julieanne: I am sorry to hear of Sandra's passing. I worked with Sandra at Quispamsis Middle School and knew her as a dedicated, conscientious and caring teacher assistant; she was hard-working and always willing to prepare materials to help struggling students. Sandra did whatever she could to help, and it was a pleasure to have her on staff. Outside the classroom her favourite topic was talking about Joan and her grand-daughter Julieanne. There was no doubt that these two people were the centre of her life - "her joy in life".

Sincere sympathies are passed on to all of Sandra's family. I have fond memories of being a neighbour to the Colemans, when my family's store was next to Coleman's restaurant - and that was more than a few years ago. I will always remember Sandra's laugh and how genuine she was. May your happy memories and shared love lift you up at this difficult time.
