I join others in expressing my sadness on hearing the news of Tim's passing. We worked together in the mortgage industry and were friends outside of the office. He came over to our house in Maple Ridge one day and helped my husband put a new roof on the house and afterwards sat by the creek with a fishing rod in hand and just enjoyed being one with nature, asking for nothing in return except a little fish on the hook. He spoke fondly of his family, especially his daughter and was just an all round good man. We lost touch in the past few years but his name would often come up. My deepest heartfelt condolences to all that loved him. Godspeed Tim Kneeland.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of my friend Tim. We worked together at Pioneer West and he was a good friend to my family as well. He was a gentle spirit who was quick to help anyone in need. I still think about him often and have wondered how he was doing.
My heart goes out to his entire family and especially Brook - I know he adored her immensely.

How time has passed. The years on Kelton Street, I must say we're some of the best. The games, tree forts, & snow forts in the winter. The bike races, & hockey games on the street.The Many summer & winter games, it was never boring. We have all got older, but the memories are still very fresh. I talked with Tim on facebook a few times. Worked with Dan at Midland Transport, never forgot Shaun's smile, & her red hair, & Jeff he was the curious one. For you all are my childhood friends. When I found out of the passing of Tim I was very much sadden. There is not a thing I can say, yet I can think of you all, pray for you all. & keep Tim's memory alive. We are so saddened to hear of Tim's passing. Tim and Dan were a part of our last special memory with Peter. They took time out of their weekend to help us take down a massive tree on our new property - a big endeavor we naively trapped Peter into! Tim was so kind and up for the challenge and we're forever grateful for his generosity. With Peter, Tim, and Dan there certainly was never a dull moment.

I am heartbroken and shocked to learn of the sudden loss of Tim. I send my deepest condolences to Mr. and Mrs. Kneeland, Shaun, Dan, and Jeff. I am so happy I had a chance to meet his daughter in 2006 when he joined me and Paula to celebrate our 40th birthday. It was really great to see him...and I have always appreciated his support of my family. I am really happy to hear that he had returned to NB and was with his family. He was a good guy and a good friend. I will miss you Tim!

My deepest condolences to all of the family. I met Tim many years ago when he joined the Ski Patrol at Poley. I was fortunate enough to have a few chats with Tim this winter at the top of the Alpine chair and renew our acquaintance.
