I have fond memories of teaching with Sadie at Belleisle Elementary School. I remember her as a kind teacher with firm and fair classroom management. In other words, she ran a tight ship and was respected by teachers and students. Thoughts and prayers to then entire family.

Susan and Mike, I am very sorry to hear of the death of Sadie. She was one of the last original members of Keirsteadville and the Ferry landing. She was a good friend of my mother-in-law, Helen Boyd. My friend Evelyn Bryant of the nursing home will miss her greatly. My thoughts are with you and your family at this time.

So sorry to hear that your Mom (and my aunt) has died. I have not been to N.B. for a few years and even then went only to Fredericton. I am planning on going to play tourist this summer and Aunt Sadie is on my list. She always had a big smile and was so welcoming whenever I stopped in. Usually with my Dad. I did not hear about her passing until Jean called today saying she had just heard. May it help you to know you are being thought of at this sad time in your lives. Mary
