I was in shock when I got the news about Judy!!! A beautiful light has left us and the Hill will never be the same. Judy was amazing at making you feel so good and happy. Always remembering little things about your family. She was especially kind to our family when we lost our sister a few years ago. Judy was instrumental in choosing the perfect place for her tree to be planted and so helpful with organizing her plaque. I am so glad I made it down last summer and was able to thank her in person and give her a big hug. To the family, I do know the hurt you are going through. My heart goes out to you. I was so terribly sorry and saddened to hear of Judy's passing. I worked with her when I was at RNS. I enjoyed working with her and enjoyed the stories she shared. We would have a Monday morning admin meeting as a team check-in and Paul McLellan would always want to leave the meeting with a story or a joke. Judy would often share a funny story about her family or her grandchildren. Within a few minutes of meeting Judy, you knew she loved her family. Her legacy is her family and all of the love and comfort that she shared. My sincerest condolences to you for your tremendous loss.

I was so sorry to hear of Judy's passing. I worked with Judy at RNS. I enjoyed stopping by her office to hear stories of her family, and whatever funny story she had to share. She was such a welcoming face of the school at any event she attended. I admired her ability to remember everyone including details of their life. When Judy heard I was building on the peninsula, she was able to tell me who I knew close to my house, and those I didn't she was ready to introduce me. Most of all her love for her family and her life at her camp was supreme.
