I'm writing this with a very heavy heart. We were so sad to hear of Sheila's passing. I can't believe that it was only 4 months ago that I chatted with her in Mary's living room. I will always remember the amount of energy she always seemed to have and her love for her coffee and cigarettes. I wish I could be with you at this very difficult time. Stay strong for each other and cherish your memories.

My heart is sad for all of you. I have been thinking of you all as you are going through these days in preparation for her farewell. It was a privilege to have spent some quite times with her in the last few months. She had an absolute love for each of you and knew that you would be sad. Her hope for each of you is that you will draw upon her strength and wisdom knowing that she will be with you in spirit. She is smiling with her Lord, suffers no more, and is at home with Jesus and her Mom. love Elaine

Where does one start putting the words together to express condolences for a woman that I cannot believe is no longer here to share a coffee,a smoke and a yarn with. To Sheila's beautiful grandchildren ; Your nan loved you all so very much.I know this because whenever she talked about either one of you her eyes would light up and a huge smile would come upon her face. You were truly her Pride and Joy! Cherish the moments that you were gifted enough to spend with her and hold your fond memories close to your heart. To Helena; My Deepest sympathies to You today as you say goodbye to your mother. You are going to have days that are easier than others.Let you heart overflow with the Good Memories because your mom loved you So Very Much!! To Sheila's family and extended family; Although Sheila has left the beautiful capsule she was given to you in, her spirit surrounds you.Keep her spirit alive by sharing stories with each other, it truly is the best gift you can give those who are mourning her loss.My thoughts are with you all. And Lastly ..... To my Dear Friend Sheila; I feel so incredibly lucky that we withstood the many years of friendship that we shared. We got to experience some of life's Greatest Milestones together, like raising our children and having our grandchildren .My deepest regret is that I did not get to see you to tell you in person what your friendship meant to me.I found this poem that made me think of you. I think of you so often and wherever you may be, I hope you know our friendship meant the World to me. For though you left this earthly life to dwell in heavenly skies, you and I was always know that friendship never dies. So Thank you for the memories that warm my heart each day, and for those times I miss you so much , Now you've gone away. Rest in Peace my Good Friend, until We meet Again. Shirley Baines
