Doris Beers, Lois & Mike Gillespie posted a condolence
Dear Alice and Family, My heart is broken. I knew that yesterday when she was calling for help that there was something wrong with her breathing. She was in the dining room and I went over to her and put my arms around her. I wiped her nose for her and took the food off her face. She keep saying please help me, please help me and I asked her if she was in pain or if she could tell me what was wrong, and she said that she wanted to go to bed. I told the nurse, but the nurse said that she was just carrying on as usual, so they pushed her over in front of the TV and never checked a thing and I watched and her blouse was hardly moving at all. I said to Mike that I don't think Louise is going to make it till tomorrow, and she didn't, God love her as she was a sweety. Mum is so upset as she asked the ones in the dining room why Louise was not at the table eating her breakfast and they said they didn't know why, but she finally found out and called me this morning. She said that she couldn't stand to walk by Louise's room so I closed the door trying to make it somewhat easier on Mum, so she wouldn't see the empty bed and room. As they both enjoyed each other's company. Mum is so glad that she she knew her for a short period but it was a good short time. They became good friends and I know that it is a terrible shock to Mum and she is very sad with sorrow Please know that our thoughts and prayers and sincere sympathy is extended to all the family at this sad and difficult time. I just told Louise yesterday that I don't know why she never grabbed a man as she was a fantastic beautiful looking lady. Love to all.XXXOOO call me Alice 696 6076

George & Angelica De Benedetti posted a condolence
Dear Alice, Thank you so much for contacting us on Sunday. Every Christmas I would call Louise and have a good chat but this last Christmas we spent in Ontario and got back mid-January and regretfully, I had forgotten to call Louise. She was a great lady and a beautiful person. My daughters Monica, and Tiana just loved her. We have made a donation to Bobby's Hospice in her name. I emailed the Mount A Alumni office and HR at Mount A to inform them of Louise's passing. Hopefully, the death notice will appear in the Mount A Record. I can let you know if I see it. May I have your email address? Our sincere sympathy on Louise's passing. George and Angelica
