I met this young man briefly last week for the first time, he had a wonderful smile, that was contagious, he was pleasant and sweet. Even though I did not know him, knowing that he passed so early has saddened me deeply.

My condolences to the family. I met Kirk in Vancouver back in 2008 he was a sweet and happy guy always joking around and making me smile. I am from México so he used to sing "La bamba" for me all the time even on the bus just to make me happy. I have good memories of Kirk and I always will.
