John was one of the most delightful and pleasant people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. John had a true passion for spreading joy and it was truly out of this world! John loved talking about his family and how much he loved fishing. I cherished every moment spent listening to his stories.
I worked with him for many years, starting with the overnight shifts. When John was around, he was our rock. When we had tough nights and things weren’t going well, he’d lighten the mood with a funny joke or a smile. John was always smiling. Just having John on the team made everything better. Eventually, John moved to working day shifts, and the day workers and customers were blessed to have his infectious personality every day.
I’ll always be grateful to have had the chance to call him more than just a coworker, but a friend. John will be missed, but never forgotten.

My condolences to Johns family. He was a very kind man and easy going. When we would be switching shifts in the smoke shop, we would often talk about our families. You could tell how he loved his wife and family.
