Obituary of Giuliano Della Valle
It is with deep sadness that the family of Giuliano Charles Della Valle announces his passing, which occurred in Moncton, NB on Sunday, October 27, 2024. He was born in Salem, ON on April 5, 1988, a son of Louisa Nardelli and the late Rocco Della Valle.
Giuliano was a dear friend, father, husband, brother, and son. Rarely would you find a more selfless, generous, and gentle soul. He treated everyone with respect and kindness. No matter who you were, he would welcome you into his home and would turn no one away, which is a trait he inherited from his late father. He spent the majority of his time doing things for others, usually helping people with their vehicles. No matter what he did, it was with the strongest passion imaginable. He loved to cook, especially if it was for family. He loved Nutella so much that he tried multiple times to make it at home. You will never meet anyone as passionate about Nutella as he was. He loved pizza and pasta almost as much as life itself. For him, food and family were things that went hand in hand. He had a deep love of music, especially the oldies. He pursued music as a pastime by playing and collecting drums and guitars. He was constantly singing and tapping his foot to music. He loved to talk about music for hours. He was obsessed with movies, and he liked them all no matter how good or bad they were. He collected classic movies, and one of his favorite downtimes was to have movie marathons with lots of snacks. He was always engaged in small projects and hobbies. No matter the project, he always approached it with an excitement and curiosity that was infectious. He believed that it was never good to go to bed angry or hungry. Being present and available in the lives of loved ones was his number one priority. Being around him made you feel loved and listened to. He was a truly wonderful and unique human being with a heart that was like an ocean. His passing is felt by many as the loss of an ocean. The people who were lucky enough to know him will cherish those memories for as long as they live. His generosity, his love, and his compassion for others.
Giuliano is survived by his wife Kira Della Valle; daughter Auri Cathleen Della Valle; mother Louisa Nardelli, uncle; Marco Della Valle (Carmie Leo), aunts: Anna Della Valle (Blair Mallett), Patricia Callahan and his cousins: Cristina, Giuliano, Sofia, Giulia, Sara and Michael.
