Obituary of Carol O'Hanley

It is with sadness that the family of Carol Ann O’Hanley announce her passing which occurred on October 5, 2024, at the Dr V.A. Snow Centre, Hampton, NB. Born in Halifax, NS, on April 6, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Leona (Muise) Smiley.

Carol is survived by her son William Doucette (Shawna) of Saint John, NB; step-children: Susan Folkins (Kevin) of Calgary, AB; Allie O’Hanley (Alison) of Quispamsis, NB; Chris O’Hanley of Hampton, NB; Jeff O’Hanley (Nancy) of Hampton, NB; Dave O’Hanley (Donna) of Garnett Settlement, NB; Steve O’Hanley (Lisa) of Moncton, NB and Kelly O’Hanley (James) of Baie Vert, NB; grandchildren: Shyann, Shelley, Kim, Andrew, Alex, Melanie, Kristen, Alyssa, Kim, Chad, Breanne, Sarah, Nikki, Amanda, Jacob, and Sophie; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; as well as nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Carol was predeceased by her first husband Alfred Doucette and her second husband Edward O’Hanley.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB, and will be held privately.
