Obituary of Callum Gilmour

It is with great sadness that the family of Callum John Gilmour announces his passing which occurred on Monday, July 1, 2024 at Living Hope Special Care Home, Hampton, NB, after a life long battle with Kidney disease. He was born in Saint John, NB on May 27,1974, a son of Sam and Isobel (Storie) Gilmour.

Callum is survived by his parents Sam and Isobel Gilmour of Lakeside, NB; sister Samantha (Greg) Howe of Hampton NB, uncle James (May) Gilmour of Port Glasgow, Scotland. Beloved nieces Melissa (Jordon) and Emily (Drake); great niece Sawyer and special friend Jimmy (Tracy) Veinot.

Callum was an avid sports fan. He loved the Blue Jays and watched all the games. His passion was the Montreal Canadians.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 from 1:00 to 2:00PM at Hampton United Church, with Funeral Service commencing at 2:00PM. Interment will take place at Hampton Rural Cemetery.
