Obituary of Michael Bernard Rogers

It is with great sadness that the family of Michael Bernard Rogers announce his passing which occurred on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John, NB. Born in Saint John, NB on April 3, 1953, he was the son of the late Jim and Lucy Law.

Mike is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Audrey Rogers (Hanlin) of Salt Springs, NB; son Ronnie Brittain of Salt Springs, NB; grandson Matthew; granddaughters Makayla and Mya; great granddaughters: Sophia, Amelia and Olivia; brothers Eric Rogers (Ann) of Hampton, NB and Ronnie Stackhouse (Julie) of Hampton, NB; sister Carol Dehoog (Tony) of Sussex, NB; as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mike was predeceased by his birth parents Arthur and Helen Rogers; brothers: Donnie, Freeman, Patrick and Bruce Rogers; and nephew Paulie Hanlin.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at Salina Kirk United Church, Salt Springs, NB. Donations in memory of Mike may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
