Carolyn so sorry to hear about your mom. My deepest condolences to you, Bev and the boys from all the way out here in Alberta. I remember your mom always made me feel welcome and had a smile on her face when ever I came over to visit and when we started dating as young teenagers your mom went out of her way to get me a summer job cutting the grass at the Hampton Court House.

Bev your Mom was a delight. She touched my heart with her kindness from the first time I met her, with Jonathan in tow. She came to visit you soon after I became your roommate at your Glenburn Crt Apt...about 40 years ago now.(Probably making sure I was good enough to live with you.LOL)
Many years later I always looked forward to sitting with her at your yearly open house at your spa in Hampton and sharing our news back and forth while enjoying a great laugh or two. I will never forget her letting me redecorate a room at her Norton house while you were busy at work. We had so much fun that day. She had a way about her that just made me feel so appreciated and special because I was your friend.
I will miss her welcoming smile and her wonderful giggles.

My heart goes out to all of Melita's children & so many other family members of which there are many! I will miss teasing Melita about stealing my supper at one of the United Church strawberry dinners years back! We always had a good chuckle about it, even up to not long ago at the Snow Center. You are at peace now Melita & back with Fred. My deepest condolences & sympathies to everyone.
