Obituary of Keith William Estabrooks

It is with great sadness that the family of Keith William Estabrooks announce his passing which occurred on Saturday, January 27, 2024, with his family by his side at his home in Hampton, NB. Born in Saint John, NB on February 4, 1957, he was the son of the late Norman Estabrooks and Gloria (Kearns) Estabrooks Hinam.

Keith never shied away from lending a helping hand. He was always a reliable husband, father and friend to those he loved. Keith’s witty jokes could crack a smile on everyone’s face and enjoyed being around his friends and family. He found joy in fishing, golfing with friends as well as cheering on the Boston Bruins. Keith loved to live a simple life and we can’t forget to mention all the time spent with his loved ones and his dog Teddy.

Keith is survived by his loving wife Sandra Gaunce; children: Alexander Estabrooks (Kaitlin) of Hampton, NB and Alivia Estabrooks (Mark) of Sussex, NB; grandchildren: Kayleigh, Leah, Gray and Leo; brothers-in-law: David Gaunce (Brenda), Carl Gaunce (Suzanne) and Greg Gaunce; sister-in-law Pearl Gaunce; as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Keith was predeceased by his brother Jimmy Estabrooks; sister Debbie Wood; brothers-in-law Donny Gaunce and Ross Gaunce; and his beloved canine companion Teddy.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Reid’s Funeral Home (506)-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB and will be held privately.
