I am deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Jim, who served as my Branch Manager at Burroughs in the 1970s at the Toronto Commercial Office. Jim was a remarkable Manager, loyal to the company's mission, and fully invested in his product line. His passion and enthusiasm were inspiring and led to exceptional sales achievements for his committed team.

Having known Jim as a summer neighbour on the beautiful Belleisle Bay from my childhood, where the McKenzie family next door generously shared their boat and raft with us farm kids, I remember his enthusiasm and zest for life, his sunny personality and that captivating smile! Later on, when he and Marilyn moved to the Bay full time, I got to see them grow their family. He certainly had a keen sense of community by volunteering his God given gifts in so many ways to so many worthwhile organizations and activities. He has left his mark as an example for us to follow.
