Obituary of Marion Livingstone
It is with sadness that Marion Emma Livingstone's family announces her death on August 14, 2023, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. She was born in Southampton, NB, on February 4. 1941, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Emma (Stairs) Freeman.
Marion will be missed by her loving husband of 55 years, David; son Jonathan Livingstone of Smola, Norway; grandsons: Zechariah, Micaiah, Noah, and Levi; mother of her grandsons Gro Anita Knoph; brother David (Lorraine) Freeman; sister Rena Copp and nephews: Stephen (Deborah) Copp, Troy (Ronda) Freeman and Anthony (Tammy) Freeman. In addition to her parents, Marion was predeceased by her brother Hazen Freeman and brother-in-law Donald Copp.
Marion’s relationship with God was genuine and deep. Her life was a testimony of God. As a young girl, she had a desire for a Bible and when she was 9 her parents gave her one. She accepted Christ as her Saviour and has served him diligently and faithfully all these years.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB, where visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, from 4 to 7 PM. The funeral service from Reid's Funeral Home Chapel will be held on Thursday, August 24 at 11:00 AM. The interment will take place at Hampton Rural Cemetery.
