I was saddened to read of Dr Richard’s passing. I had been a patient since the beginnings of the Hampton clinic. What a gem of a guy, he had a way of putting his patients at ease with little or no effort. He will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him!

Condolences to Pat and Laura Lee. A good neighbor, an off road rescuer with the Scout, an elephant dentist, bulldog handler, orthopedics on a horse with a fractured jaw, a squirrel hunter extraordinaire; a few of the memories of Ralph who never forgot his heritage. He will be missed.

Dave & I send our deepest condolences to you on the loss of your Husband, Father & Grandfather.
He will be sorely missed by all who knew & loved him.
Ralph was our dentist in Clarenville & then coincidentally, also in Hampton. We were so fortunate
as a family to have had such a kind & gentle person, never without a laugh, in our lives.
We feel we have lost a friend.

Pat, Laural Lee, Rod, Elsy and the famliy,
We were deeply saddened to hear of Ralph's passing. We both send you our heartfelt condolences to you Pat and all the family. He was such a gentle and kind person. I was always scared of going to the dentist when I was younger, I would say to him, If only we had a dentist like Dr. Richard's. I enjoyed chatting with him about things back home in NL. He will be missed by all who knew him. Sending you our love and knowing how deeply we care may bring you a little comfort.

Pat, we were very sorry to hear of Ralph’s passing. We heard the sad news from our mutual friend Vern who had kept us informed of his illness and apparent progress with his recovery . We have often thought of the wonderful cruises we had in the company of you both and how entertaining Ralph could be with his great sense of humour. We are deeply saddened to hear of Ralph’s passing and our heart’s go out to Patty, Laurel Lee, and families at this difficult time. Ralph was a treasure and we so enjoyed his company whenever we happened to meet up, being it at a party/gathering, walking on the Norton Shore Road when he was our neighbour, meeting up at Costco, or sitting in his dentist chair!! He had such wit (must be his NL heritage I’d say!) and we always enjoyed chatting with him. We are not in New Brunswick right now, but you are certainly in our thoughts! Hugs, Gail and Jim

So sorry to hear about Ralph. What a great guy and great dentist. Most times one does not like to go to dentist, but with “Doc Ralph” this was not the case. He was the best. Our thoughts are with you. Cherish the great memories.

My deepest condolences Pat, Laurel Lea, Elsy & family, my heart is just absolutely broken with the news of Ralph's passing. The world has lost a very bright light and heaven has gained a fully trained Angel that will need no lessons or training on kindness, helping others and showing love. Ralph was simply the best, and had a very unique way of finding joy in even the smallest things. I believe Ralph is in heaven riding a tractor enjoying nature. I remember how much he enjoyed that at your home up on the hill. Sending prayers as you grieve and celebrate the impactful life of your husband, father and grandfather. God Bless!

Pat, Laurel Lea & Elsy - I am deeply saddened of the passing of Ralph. It was so great to catch up at a party with you Pat & Ralph on January 28th as it was only a few days later Ralph had his episode. I brought my Ontario neighbours to the party & they were saying the next day how it was nice to meet Ralph. Ralph & I had a long going on thing on Q-Tips, asking if we each had enough on hand. Years back I met up with Pat & Ralph at Costco & we were buying the big pack of Q-tips & figured we were good for awhile needing any. My heart goes out to you Pat & Laurel Lea of your huge loss. Ralph will be missed at the parties. My deepest condolences.
