Obituary of Louise Marie Isabel Bayer

It is with great sadness that the family of Louise Marie Isabel Bayer announce her death, which occurred on Monday, September 5, 2022, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Noranda, QC, on May 27, 1946, she was the daughter of the late H. Philip and Esther (Ahern) Preston.

Louise is survived by her sons: Michael Bayer of Blacks Harbour, NB and Sean Bayer (Colleen Nyborg) of Saint John, NB; grandchildren: Maryssa and Declan; as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Louise was predeceased by her loving husband Archie Bayer.

Louise treasured her family and loved spending time with them all. She also enjoyed playing crib with her friends.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB and will be held privately. Interment will take place at St. Alphonsus Catholic Cemetery.
