Obituary of Edward Archibald O'Hanley

It is with great sadness that the family of Edward Archibald O’Hanley announce his passing which occurred on June 11th, 2022, at the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John, NB. Born in Cape Tormentine, NB, on July 1, 1940, he was the son of the late Frederick and Audrey (Allen) O’Hanley.

Ed is survived by his wife Carol O’Hanley; children: Susan Folkins (Kevin) of Calgary, AB; Allie O’Hanley (Alison) of Quispamsis, NB; Chris O’Hanley of Hampton, NB; Jeff O’Hanley (Nancy) of Hampton, NB; Dave O’Hanley (Donna) of Garnett Settlement, NB; Steve O’Hanley (Lisa) of Moncton, NB and Kelly O’Hanley (James) of Baie Vert, NB;  step-son Billy Doucette (Shawna); grandchildren: Shelley, Kim, Andrew, Alex, Melanie, Kristen, Alyssa, Kim, Chad, Breanne, Sarah, Nikki, Amanda, Jacob, Sophie and Shyann; brothers: Gary O’Hanley (Lorena) and Marshall O’Hanley (Carolyn); sisters: Barbara Briggs (Bernie) and Rose Bellamy; sixteen great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Ed was predeceased by his son Richard O’Hanley; sister Evelyn; and brother-in-law Brian Bellamy.
