Obituary of Barb Floyd

It is with great sadness that the family of Barbara Jean Floyd announce her death, which occurred on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John, NB. Born in Hampton, NB, on October 3, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Cyril Corner and Doris (Pring) Carson.

Barb is survived by her children: Gary Floyd (Valerie) of Bloomfield, NB, Jean Moore (Gary) of Baxters Corner, NB, Jimmy Floyd (Lynn) of Salt Springs, NB and Timothy Floyd (Tanya) of Titusville, NB; brothers: Bobby Corner (Florence) of Hampton, NB, Skip Corner (Valerie) of Sussex, NB and Harold Corner of Quispamsis, NB; sisters: Eileen Harrison (Jim) of Mississauga, ON, Elaine Corner of Kamloops, BC and Debbie Greer (Sterling) of Bloomfield, NB; fifteen grandchildren; thirty-one great grandchildren; ten great great grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family. In addition to her parents, Barb was predeceased by her loving husband Cecil Floyd; brothers: Billy and James Corner; and sister Phyllis McKenna.
