Obituary of Emily Isabel Kilpatrick

It is with great sadness that the family of Emily Isabel Kilpatrick announce her death, which occurred on Sunday, January 2, 2022, at her home in Upham, New Brunswick. Born in Ratter Corner, NB, on July 7, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Merle and Alena (MacKinnon) Cripps.

Emily was a member of the Women’s Institute of Upham, NB as well as a Saint John Ambulance Volunteer.

 Emily is survived by her husband Leslie Kilpatrick; son Ora Kilpatrick and his wife Cynthia of Sussex Corner, NB; grandchildren: Alex Kilpatrick (Tanya), Kylie Kilpatrick (Kate Walsh); great grandchildren: Jase Kilpatrick and Liam Kilpatrick; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Emily was predeceased by her infant son, Arnold Kilpatrick; sisters: Shirley Caron and Anne Richard; and brothers: Richard Cripps and Laughlan Cripps

Arrangements have been entrusted to Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB where services will be held privately. Donations in memory of Emily may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice. Personal condolences to the family and donations may be made through ReidsFH.com
