On behalf of The Lower Norton Community Hall ,I would like to acknowledge the active contribution that Joyce made over many years. Her contributions, and interest remained up until a few weeks ago. I visited Joyce from time to time to update her on events and things going on. She remarked on so many occasions how much the hall meant to her.
