Obituary of Taylor Folkins
It is with great sadness that the family of Taylor Joseph Folkins, of Hampton, NB, announces his unexpected passing which occurred on Thursday, June 18, 2020 in Quispamsis, NB. Born in Sackville, NB, on April 8th, 2000, he was the son of Adam and Kelly Anne (Johnstone) Folkins.
Taylor was a young man who loved life to the fullest; he was an old soul, who’d stop to help anyone. He cared about everyone and was always concerned about the happiness of his friends and family.
He was an avid hockey player who loved to work on his car, and aspired to become an electrician. There seemed to be no task he couldn’t accomplish when he put his mind to it. Taylor loved cars, dirt biking and gaming. He also cared deeply for his family, all of his grandparents and his friends including his girlfriend Liv.
Known for giving THE BEST hugs, Taylor positively impacted everyone he met, and could make you smile even if you were having a bad day, he had an uncanny ability to read people…
Taylor will be remembered not only by his loving parents and brother, Colby; but he will also be sadly missed by his grandparents: Beverley Johnstone, Warren (Wendy) Folkins and Anita Belliveau; his aunts and uncles: Carol Ann Folkins of Moncton, Tyson (Karen) Folkins of Calgary and Jennifer (Ken) Irvin of Saint John. Taylor is also survived by a number of loving cousins: Sydney, Olivia, Britany, Patrick, Abby and Evan. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather Donald "Don" Johnstone of Sackville.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB, and due to COVID-19 restrictions, private services will be held.
