Dear Cecil's Family, Please accept my love, prayers, and condolences on the passing away of Cecil. He was a wonderful gentleman with a great sense of humour and loved to chat. We had some interesting conversations during his stay at the Dr.Snow Centre. I will never forget how excited Cecil was just recently when I took my dog Abby the English Bull Dog for a visit to his bedroom window, he got out of bed and came over to say hello with a huge smile. He certainly made my day and I know it brought him great joy!So sweet! I am sure you all have beautiful memories to cherish in your hearts forever. Rest In Peace Cecil! Blessings! Gloria Baird
