With appreciation for a life well lived, Audrey Elizabeth Rupert, of Passekeag, passed away on December 16, 2019 at the Sussex Health Centre with her loved ones at her side. Born in Passekeag on March 25, 1928, she was a daughter of the late William and Christina (Ryder) Rupert. Audrey was employed with CRA, Income Tax Department for 35 years and made many friends there. Her real passion in life was caring for her farmland. She loved the outdoors, always weeding. Audrey is survived by her sisters –in – law; Florence, Lorna and Janet Rupert. She will be fondly remembered by her nephews; Bill (Sally), Troy, Bruce (Shelly) Rupert, her nieces; Lois McGuire, Marilyn Rupert, Barbara (Gary) Zullo, Lorrie McMonagle and Heather (Rob) Tait. Her next door nieces Kate (Scott) McCann and Diana (James) Reuvekamp, several great nephews and great nieces. In addition to her parents, Audrey was predeceased by her brothers; Hazen, Royce, Lorne and Doug, her sisters; Jenny, Irma and Rhona. Arrangements have been entrusted to Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB, where visitation will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2019 from 12 noon – 2:00 pm followed by a funeral service at 2:00pm, to be held in Reid’s Funeral Home Chapel.
