Obituary of Amy Boyle

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Amy Veronica Boyle, widow of Calvin Boyle, announce her passing which occurred on October 11th 2018 at the Church of St John and St Stephen Home, Saint John, NB. Born in London, Ontario, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Amelia (Gore) Cribbin. Amy is survived by five daughters, Kathleen Doyle (Leonard) of Baxters Corner, Marjorie Doucet of Saint John, Claudette Lammers (John) of Barnesville, Glennis Boyle (Don Campbell) of Grand Bay, Pauline Sherwood (Richard) of Quispamsis; two sons, George Boyle (Cathy) of Norton, Claude Boyle (Lisa) of Baxters Corner; 15 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband and an infant daughter, Donna Marie. Amy was the last surviving member of her family. Amy moved to NB from London, ON in 1951 and has resided in Barnesville since 1954. Arrangements have been entrusted to Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB, where visitation will be held on Monday, October 15, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at 11:00am at St. Barnabas Church, Barnesville, with Archdeacon Robert Marsh presiding. Interment in the adjoining cemetery. The family would like to express a special thank you to all the staff at The Church of St John & St Stephen Home, Inc for the care that was given to Amy during her stay.
