Obituary of Evelyn Louise Bryant
Evelyn Louise Bryant of Kingston, NB died peacefully on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at Whitehall Estates Special Care Home, Kingston. Born at London, Ontario on October 1, 1946, she was the daughter of the late John William and Verlie Evelyn (Browne) Bryant. Evelyn enjoyed sewing, colouring, reading, long walks in the country, cooking, and especially enjoyed working with young children. Family always held a special place in Evelyn’s heart, including her church family from Outreach Pentecostal Church, where she attended for several years.
Evelyn is survived by a brother, Kenneth Bryant of Saint John; a special aunt, Eileen Browne of Toronto, ON, as well as other aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her extended family from Whitehall Estates Special Care Home, where she had been a resident for over 20 years.
She was predeceased by brothers John Jr., D. Dwight (in infancy), and Kevin.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB, where visitation will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2018 from 2 to 3:30 pm, followed immediately by the funeral service at Reid’s Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will take place in the Mill Cove Pentecostal Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or to a Living Memorial would be appreciated by the family.
