It is with heavy hearts that the family of Crystal Roxie Bonney announce her passing at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at the age of 47. Crystal was born on October 8, 1970 in Saint John, NB, the daughter of Laura (Law) Bonney and the late Royden Bonney. Crystal is survived by her two sons: Andrew and Matthew Denton from Killam, Alberta; siblings: Bill (Marilyn) Bonney of Bonney Road, Nauwigewauk, NB, Laura Ann Bonney of Sussex, NB, Neil Bonney of Nauwigewauk, NB, Dale (Kim) Bonney of Nauwigewauk, NB, and Darlene (Ralph) Porter of Douglas, NB. Crystal enjoyed nature and country walks and loved animals. She attended Centre Point Victory Church and had a strong faith in the Lord. Also, Crystal was a Personal Care Worker for Dobblesteyn Care Home which she really enjoyed. Aunt Cricket, as she was referred to, had many nieces, nephews and cousins who loved her dearly. Arrangements have been entrusted to Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB, where visitation will be held on Sunday, July 22, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm. A celebration of Crystal’s life will be held on Monday, July 23, 2018 at 11:00am from Reid’s Funeral Chapel. Interment will take place at Smithtown Baptist Cemetery, 983 French Village Road.
