Elizabeth Anne (Drummond) Jardine It is with great sadness we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Elizabeth Anne Jardine which occurred Sunday April 15th, 2018 at her home in Quispamsis. Born on October 6th, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Dorothy (Homer) Drummond. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her loving husband William (Bill) Jardine in 2007. She is survived by aunts, an uncle, several cousins and many friends. Elizabeth Graduated from Sussex High School in 1966 and joined the staff of NB Telephone in Saint John. She worked there in various positions until her retirement and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers. She was a great lover of nature. Especially birds and always made sure there was plenty of food for them. Working in her flower gardens was her favourite hobby and she enjoyed improving upon them each year. Her vacation trips to Sebago Lake with her husband were eagerly anticipated every summer. Following Bill’s death, daily trips to Tim Hortons were a must to meet with her friends who gathered there. She will be sadly missed. She is resting at Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541) 1063 Main St. Hampton with visiting on Friday April 20th, 2-4 & 6-8 pm. Funeral Service will be held at St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Upham on Saturday April 21st, 2018 at 2 pm. Interment will take place in the adjoining cemetery at a later date. Donations in memory of Elizabeth may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
