The family of Philip Frederick Hansen of Hampton regret to announce his passing on Thursday Mach 22, 2018 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John 64 years ago, the son of the late Hans and Dorothy (Bennett) Hansen. Philip is survived by his loving wife Bernetta (Moran) Hansen and his children; Eddie (Kayla) of Saint John and Eddie’s mother Cathy Lemoine of Quispamsis, Andrew of Saint John, Sarah of Hampton and Hopelynn at home. Philip is also survived by a sister Faye (Hazen) Barton of Hampton, a brother Edward (Bea) Hansen of Hampton, 6 grandchildren; Alexis, Jase, Isabella, Brayden, Eddie, Keneddie, and Nephew and Neices; Scott, Sherry (Terry), Sussan (John), Sandy (Andy), Shelly (Joey), Anne (Carl). Philip Worked at Brookville Manufacturing for many years as a Heavy Equipment Operator. He enjoyed hunting and being outdoors. Philip liked cars, he not only did mechanic work on them but he would spend hours doing body work and painting them. He had all the comforts of home in his "office". He enjoyed both the time spent there with family and friends and his alone time in his "office". Arrangements have been entrusted to Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, March 28th 2018 at 11:00 am. from Reid’s Funeral Home Chapel. Donations in Philip’s memory may be made to the Dr. V.A.
