Mel: I am so sorry to read of Sue's passing. She was a beautiful person while we shared the same room in the hospital. Although I don't remember to much during the early stay, I do remember how pleasant she was in the 3 or 4 before I was discharged. I am go glad I got to see you back in January. As you go through the days, weeks and months ahead remember to cherish the memories you had. They will last forever. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry for your loss. Sue was an incredible lady, teacher and friend. She came to my daughters musical at our church KBC many years ago to support Elizabeth. The impact she had on both my kids was incredible. She believed in my son when no one else did, and held him accountable just like as if he was her own child. So so sad to hear of Miss Garrish passing away. She was such a sweet, funny, and warm woman and a very memorable Gr 2 teacher to my son Michael. She allowed him to bring tadpoles into class and let the students watch them morph into frogs..even coming in on the weekend to check on them. A really great teacher and wonderful person..she will be missed.

Also I have not been in the funeral home since Ronnie died. I think of him every day & expect my phone to ring and he is on the other end. It has been really hard on me and I know it will be hard on you as well with Sue. She is now free of pain and not suffering. Ronnie will probably has hi as soon as he spots her.
