It is with great sadness that the family of Wayne Roberts, age 74, of Saint John, NB, announces his death which occurred on Sunday, December 25, 2016 at Parkland Shannex, Milledgeville, NB. Wayne was born on June 9, 1942, in Hampton, NB, a son of the late Edward and Winnifred (Marks) Roberts Wayne is survived by his loving wife Donalda Cameron-Roberts; sisters: Joan Tays (Stewart) of Hampton, NB, Susan Betteridge (David) of Quispamsis, NB, and Heather Monahan (Jim) of Jemseg, NB; brother Terry Roberts of AB; mother-in-law Laverne Cameron of Salt Springs, NB; father-in-law Raymond (Liz) Cameron of Hampton, NB; sisters-in-law April Cameron (George Perry) of Salt Springs, NB, and Kendra Cameron of Hampton, NB; as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Wayne was predeceased by his brothers Malcolm and Bud Roberts; and sisters Marsha Riley and Edwina Roberts. Arrangements have been entrusted to Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, where visitation will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2017 from 12 to 2pm with the funeral service following at 2:00pm. A private family interment will take place at a later date. Donations in memory of Wayne may be made to a Living Memorial.
