It is with sadness that the family of Mary Long, of Bloomfield, NB, wife of Arthur Long announces her death which occurred on Monday, June 27, 2016 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. She was born on September 22, 1946, a daughter of the late Melvin and Lois (Wyllie) Mitchell. Mary is survived by her husband Arthur; daughters Michelle (Luis) Amaral of Ratter Corner, NB; sons Mark (Ann Marie) Long of Bloomfield, NB, David (Brandi) Long of Bloomfield, NB and Allen Long of Saint John, NB; ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She is resting at Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB, with visiting on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 from 5 to 8 PM. Funeral service conducted by Archdeacon Robert Marsh will be from Reid’s Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 30, 2016. Interment will take place in Big Rock Cemetery Bloomfield Donations in memory of Mary, may be made to the Alzheimers Society or to the memorial of the donor’s choice.
