It is with deep sadness, the family announces the death of Bernice (Goguen) Burnside of Hampton, NB, wife of the late Walter Beebe, which occurred on Monday, October 26, 2015, at Marysview Special Care Home. She was born on February 2, 1929 in Saint John, NB, a daughter of the late Jean and Clifford Goguen. She is survived by her daughters Betty Yeomans of Rothesay, NB, Cathy Kalte (Randy) of Kitchener, ON and Linda Anderson of Hampton, NB; son Joseph Beebe of Kingston, NB; sisters Shirley Cashwell of Saint John, NB, Helen Buckley of Saint John, NB and Betty Lake (Roland) of Nauwigewauk, NB; brothers Clovis Goguen and George Goguen (Alfredine) of Quispamsis, NB; sixteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her second husband Gordon Burnside and daughter Donna Petts. Bernice is resting at Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB, with visiting on Thursday, October 29, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8PM. A Funeral Service, conducted by Father Kevin Barry will be held on Friday, October 30, 2015 at 11 AM from Reid’s Funeral Home Chapel, Hampton,NB. Interment will take place in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cemetery, Rothesay, NB. Donations in memory of Bernice, may be made to the memorial of the donor’s choice.
