Lyn's passing was a sad and heartbreaking impact for many who knew her. She fought through her illness with the strength and courage that she showed to the many who she cared for as a nurse. We were blessed by knowing her as a friend and sharing many great times through the years. We will share great memories with others, as we are sure family will for many years to come. Our condolences and prayers are with Brian, Heather, Mathew and other family in their time of grief. Time will ease the pain, but memories are forever, so share them openly with each other. Rest in peace dear friend.

My condolences to all of Lynn's Family.
When I first met my cousin Lynn her family were living at 28 Murray street with her and my Nanny Comeau I was about ten years old. My brother Norman and I would come occasionally for Sunday supper. My Nanny Comeau was a great cook and her desserts were wonderful. Knowing we were going to be well fed Norman and I came hungry and we ate everything on our plates. Unlike our cousin Carol who was about our age and did not like peas Nanny had to cajole Carol to eat her peas by saying "Carol if you don't eat your peas like Norman and Raymond you won't get dessert but they will." Well Carol ate her peas in a hurry and little Lynn in her high chair was happy with her strained peas and pablum. So as a kid I watched my cousin Lynn grow up but as adults our paths only crossed occasionally partly because I have lived in Ontario since 1962 which is most of my life. Since I only had a chance to meet Lynn occasionally as an adult I regretfully missed the opportunities to get to know her better as the beautiful person she was.

Brian, Heather, Matthew ,Mary Lou, Brian ,Wayne and families.
I am so saddened to hear of Lynn's passing.
Our friendship goes back 54 yrs. It was one of those friendships that we didn't have to be in constant contact but when we caught up with each other we picked up where we left off. We were there for each other through good or bad times.
I am so glad we had an in person visit here in Halifax just before she and Brian went on their Alaskan cruise, We had a great visit laughing over so many good times we had as a foursome!
Brian I hope memories of some of our adventures are a help during this difficult time(Remember looking for Lynns "lost purse" in the Boston campground)
Lynn was a special person and friend ! I will never forget her!

We met Lynn & Brian on our 2023 Switzerland trip and were blessed enough to interact and get to know them. Lynn was such a warm person, one of those people that make you feel at home even being away from home. Even after our trip, we reconnected through Facebook and kept up through posts of life events and she always had such beautiful and encouraging words to share. We are so sad to hear of her passing and our prayers are with her entire family. From all that she shared with us, we are happy to know that Brian will be loved and supported by the amazing family they created.
Lots of love and prayers from your Florida friends ❤️
