I'll always have fond memories of living next door to Bob, Bugsy, Jeffery, and Jessica in Quincy, MA. The many times I was invited to eat over at their house was a blast. We'd pray before eating and something yummy from their garden would undoubtedly be served. Sending my condolences to all of his family.

Dear Bugsy,
I am so sorry to hear about Bob. I remember so well the evening you came to tell us about this wonderful man named Bob that you had met at Bible College. It was clear you were already deeply in love. Bob had a larger-than-life personality that lit up every room he was in…he touched many lives. Just imagine the reunions now happening in Paradise!
Losing one’s life partner is incredibly difficult and I know all too well the grief that will be your constant companion. Your heart, body, and brain will be doing the hardest work they have ever done as you learn to live without Bob's physical presence. I pray that God will give you strength.
Love, Margot

Bugsy and family: what a loss -I’m so sorry. Bob was such a good influence and a person full of vitality, passion and kindness. This photo was from a trail hike we did August 25, 2018. I had trouble keeping up with you both. At the end of the hike Bob went for a swim in the frigid salmon river! A role model in so many ways- how to live life fully with a big smile, easy laugh and a warm heart.

Oh Bob how I’ll miss you. You and I had so many wild-child adventures growing ip in Quincy. And all the board games we played. I think Stratego was our favorite. You took it so seriously you filled a whole notebook with opening setups. Well my dear brother, our days of competition are over. Now you get to see Jesus before me,

Shocked at the news of Bob's passing. Bob was not only a mentor in my younger years but was a loved and cherished friend
Bob carried light everywhere he went. That smile in the photo—that is from the kind of joy that comes from a man who truly loved life and the people in it.
Bob lifted others just by being present. The one who cracked jokes at gatherings, who made sure everyone felt included, who never missed a chance to make you feel like you mattered.
He lived with kindness, humor, and a love that will echo through all the lives he touched.
That’s a legacy worth remembering

Oh Bugsy,Jeffrey,Jessica and family, Having met Bob 3 years ago and being with him on Mondays in King Square, I could see what a man of God he was and how he had Gods’s heart. Jesus said in John 6:39-40 that he did not want to lose any that his Father had sent him ,for it was his Father’s will that those who looked and believed in the Son would have eternal life. This too was Bob’s heart as he spoke , gave out Bibles and shared the good news and the love of the gospel . Almost each week, in the park someone came to Christ. He also was an encourager to me and others and it was a privilege and blessing to serve with him there. He definitely is missed already. My heartfelt condolences go out to you all. May God comfort and give you strength . ❤️ Sincerely Shirley Kelly

Condolences to friends and family of Bob, I had the pleasure to serve in ministry in the King Square Park with Bob, sharing the gospel and the love of Jesus Christ to so many.. the Bible says how beautiful are the feet of those you share the good news, Bob had beautiful feet and he’s truly gonna be missed by many but never forgotten, and I know that he had many rewards stored in heaven that he gets to enjoy the benefits of now and for eternity, blessings to those to all who loved Bob .. Bob will be greatly missed by the people he ministered to on Mondays at "Church in the Park." We would feed and pray for people. When it was announced on Monday that he had passed, most were saddened and some crying. Bob had such an impact on their lives, he shared Christ and led many to faith in Christ. One of the people we served called him "the Old Time Preacher Man." Bob knew he was doing the will of God. Bob could say the same as the apostle Paul said in 2 Timothy 4:7, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith" and Bob will receive the crown of righteousness that Jesus will reward him with for his faithfulness.

What can I say? Bob and I have shared so many memories at the church to chatting to singing and music to telling him that I need to go but couldn’t leave because he wouldn’t let me . lol! I have a great deal of respect for him and he kept me grounded over the years that he ministered at Fairfield. He loved to talk and minister to people and kept me laughing. There was a night after worship practise that everyone left except him and I. We had a great conversation and I’ll never forget the kind words that he said to me. Bob you will be missed by so many and make sure that you and Mark play football together! I know that he’ll be waiting for you. Hugs to Bugsy, Jeff and Jessica. You are in my thoughts and prayers and know that every memory that people have of Bob is cherished.

Bob, my wonderful brother in law! When I was widowed, he came to our home and painted every wall a fresh color. He bought clothes and school supplies for my sons for several years, until I got on my feet. He often stopped in for tea and a chat, always leaving me in stitches laughing. He and Wayne spent many days together doing door to door ministry and later, Church in the Park. He had a huge, kind, loving, generous, giving heart. Heaven has gained a wonderful soul and God welcomed him saying, "well done thou good and faithful servant." My family will miss him.
