I have so many memories of Irene as a young mother as I was the paper carrier back when many of the children were young and in a play pen so mum could cook supper! I would take them out and play with them until supper was ready, then carry on delivering papers! What a wonderful mother she was and as a woman and friend! She will be greatly missed! She raised a lot of wonderful children….now has moved on to her reward! Enjoy those streets of gold , my friend!

Bill and Jackie,
Michael and I are sorry for your loss of such a wonderful lady who has been a big part of our life too. As I dropped in to visit a friend at the Snow center one day this past year, I was blessed with a loud and happy "Yippee", I then knew I was in the company of my favourite Lady. She kept me laughing and well informed (of all her family) through all her hair sets, cuts and perms, all those years ago. Celina, Josh, Michael and I will always remember Irene and the joy she brought to all of those fun family gatherings. Love, Hugs and Blessings to all of Irene's family.

Aunt Irene made the best chocolate cake with Whipped Icing! If someone showed up at mealtime Aunt Irene always made sure they had food on their plate. Shirley Price told me about she and Aunt Irene jumping off the bridge and water was very cold. Hugs
