Thank you, Natasha, Jonathan and families for stepping in as Bob's family in the absence of his biological family. I'm sure it meant the world to him to have you all in his life. I have such amazing memories of my brother, Bob, growing up. He was the one to teach me to pitch a ball, we played hockey in the living room, he threw my over his shoulders, had his silly but endearing names for me and so much more. As adults it was a pleasure to get to know him all over again. I so look forward to a beautiful family reunion in the Bible's promise of the resurrection. Acts 24:15

When Bob first moved next door, in my childhood mind I thought he was a grumpy old man. I was soon proven wrong when Bev, Tasha and Jonathan came into his life. He was the most gentle, kind and caring man. We were always welcome in his home by his sweet smile and probably a corny joke or two. A friend and good neighbour. Rest in peace Bob! Sweet Bobby. Always glad to see us when we dropped in and with a twinkle in his eyes he would say something funny like, "Let's make a peenee butter & bawanna sanmich." My sister was the love of his life and I'm sure he's kicking up his heels now they are together again. ❤️

Ill always remember Bob for his kindness to me as young social worker many years ago. He always looked out for me and had such a kind way about him. He has always remained that sweet soul every time I've seen him over the years even in hospital waiting for his nursing home placement. His wife , kids and grandkids were his life. I'm glad his struggles are over. Sending you Natasha, and Johnathan ( and families) all my love.
