I met Delbert a few years ago ,he was a good friend of my Uncle ,Billy Seely .I joined the boys for a Tim's coffee uptown where they chose ,for the entertainment.. we had a lot of laughs that day and continued too during future outings . I'm saddened to know that Delbert has gone on but know that his best buddy Bill was there to welcome him on arrival.. Two of the finest have moved on up.
