I was so saddened to hear of Brenda’s passing. Brenda was such a kind, caring and devoted friend to my mother, Helen Stockford. I am so thankful for the kindness and help Brenda gave to both my parents for so many years. I am very sorry for your loss. Dear Heinz and family - I am so sorry to hear of Brenda's passing. Although I haven't seen Brenda for many years, she was good friend and our children were close. Dear Heinz, Dave and I are so sorry to hear of Brenda's death. We haven't seen much of you and your sons since we were neighbours on the Vincent Rd. and had no idea that Brenda was sick. We have fond memories of her when we all lived so close together. We see that you've been blessed with many grandchildren. We hope that Brenda's legacy of kindness to all will live on in her sons & their families. We have just returned from Halifax where Dave had eye surgery. We were so sad to learn of Brenda’s passing. We probably didn’t realize just how ill she was. May she be blessed with peace now and our prayers will be “until we meet again”. My heart is saddened with the passing of one of the nicest woman I've ever known. Brenda was always there when she was needed and as a visiting teacher companion she was always available and we enjoyed many times together. Her caring for others was unbounding and she will be dearly missed. We know she's helping in whatever Heavenly Father has waiting for her and just knowing her will be a blessing for us all. Gerry and I are sooo sorry about Brenda's passing. Since we moved into the city we haven't seen much of her, but still consider Heinz and Brenda very close friends. Our condolences to all the family. Our children played and were in church together. She will be greatly missed but we know we will see her again someday and for that we are very grateful. Our thoughts & prayers are with the family & friends of Brenda. We will always remember her as such a sweet, gentle & caring person. If I could sum up her personality in two words, it would have to be "Earth Angel". She will be missed by many, but the memories we all have of her, will live on.

It was hard to hear that one of our Earth Angels has completed her mission here and gone on to her Heavenly Home. Yes, she will be with Jesus this year. Can we truly be sad about that? And how many wonderful memories have been immortalized in photos Brenda has taken! My favorite picture of our son Dylan is one of hers. I will treasure it always. Her testimony of the power of prayer will be a strength to us all for many years to come.
