John and Laurie, I'm so sorry that your mother has passed on. She was such a sweet and friendly person and one of the all time great bakers! It sounds like she had a very full and happy life.
I'm also very sad to learn that you lost Peggy several years ago. We had so much fun in Bloomfield Girl Guides and then as classmates in Hampton High. Peggy was a great friend and I always smile when I think of her.
Dearest John, Jane, Laurie, Mary and Family. We are so very Sorry to hear about Your Precious Mother and my Dear and Beautiful Cousin. She was such a Fine Lady loved by so many . I am so very sad to hear about Aunt Claire's passing. She was so kind and generous. I have such wonderful memories of visiting your white house in Bloomfield and was always so happy when we stayed for supper because the food was so delicious.
Your mother had a deep faith and on a number of occasions assured me that she believed in heaven. Although I know you will miss her deeply, I hope you get some comfort from knowing she is know reunited with your father, Peggy, her sisters & brother and Nanny & Grampy.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I only met Claire a handful of times, but she was so lovely and sweet - truly a special person. We still have the baby quilt that Claire made for Mabel. I hope you are able to find some comfort in the wonderful memories you had with her.

Always enjoyed visiting with Claire, such a lovely lady. She helped me with knitting questions many times. My sincerest condolences. Claire will be dearly missed.
I fondly remember Mrs Sanford as such a wonderfully kind lady. She and my grandmother- Greta shared a friendship that lasted many years. As a child I had a huge barbie doll collection and Mrs Sanford and her mother - Mrs Price knitted for me a huge array of clothes for my barbies which they left as a surprise for me to be find at my grandmothers house. I still have the barbie doll clothes to this day. My deepest condolences to all of Mrs Sanford's family. I like to think she is enjoying a walk with my grandmother again .
So sorry to hear of Claire's passing. She was a wonderful lady. Always willing to help others in need. I spent many hours quilting around a quilt in Bloomfield with Claire and the girls and enjoyed every one.

Our deepest sympathy to John, Laurie and families from Harold ()brot her) and Shirley (sister-in-law) neices Deb and Kim and families. We moved to Ottawa over 59 years ago but, like most Maritimers, we travelled home to New Brunswick every year to visit family and friends. We will miss our annual visits to see Claire, the youngest of a family of five siblings: Murray, Harold, Olive, Shirley and Claire. We wish we could be with you on Tuesday to say goodbye.
