Dear Huanna's Family , Please accept our love and condolences on the passing away of Huanna. She was a kind sweet lady , and a friend for many years.We attended the same church for years , she volunteered at the Dr. Snow Centre with her dear friend Daphne Fash, she was a client at our Veterinary hospital for many years and her love for animals showed through right to the end of her life . She held Andrea's little poddle Zoe 2 days befor she passed away , with such a sweet look of love on her face. She was a preciuos lady , I just loved her. So sorry for your loss.Huanna was a very kind,compassionate person and she definitely made the world a better place by her presence in it.I first met Huanna when she asked for volunteers gto come up and help with the residents' gardens up at Birch Grove.It was very evident how much she cared for the other people who lived there.If someone there was sick or feeling low,Huanna would check on them and make sure they were okay and ask if they needed anything.She always made us feel right at home and we simply had to knock on her door if we needed anything.She was such an avid gardener and told us many stories about her homestead and the plants that grew there.I really enjoyed our talks together about life,love and family.The thing that struck me most about Huanna was how deeply she cared for others and how important her friends and family were to her.She will be greatly missed.

To Mae's family I was away in Florida for three weeks, and just returned last evening, and learned that Mae had passed. She was my Dad's (Henry Scovil) cousin.....and I thought the world of her. When my Dad was alive and well he used to take Mae and I to a restaurant for supper quite often, and so appreciated it.She would always say, "well I'm not going to eat very much", but my Dad wouldn't here of it and insisted she order a huge meal.....I will truly miss her.
